Online banking is provided for all accounts as well as an American Sterling Bank ATM/Visa Check Card and CLARA, our telephone banking access.  You will have 24 hour a day, 7 days a week access to your account information and money.

You can use your VISA Check Card as an ATM card, a debit card, a check card or a VISA credit card.

• No charge for withdrawals at American Sterling Bank ATM machines.
• Withdraw up to $375 per day.
• Balances inquiries, transfers, deposits, and/or payments.
• ATM cards issued upon request.
• Debit cards issued upon credit approval.

Secured VISA Card

Even if you’ve been turned down by other credit card issuers, don’t be discouraged.  It’s easier to qualify for our Secured VISA Card than many other credit cards.  There’s no application fee or processing fee!

To get the purchasing power of a VISA Card, just follow these simple steps… 

• Decide the credit limit you want and send a cashier’s check or money order for that amount

• Complete the application and send the cashier’s check or money order with the application.

• Your check will be deposited with First Bankcard, a division of First National Bank of Omaha (Member FDIC), in a Certificate Savings Deposit Account that pays you competitive interest.

• You can make purchases or get cash with your VISA Card (up to the amount on deposit)

• Each month, make at least your minimum payment by the due date to build your positive credit rating.
