Who We Are . . . What We Do . . .

American Sterling Capital Corporation (ASCC) is the investment arm for the American Sterling Group of companies.  Through this company, capital is invested in new and promising business opportunities.  ASCC focuses on technology and leading-edge opportunities to expand and diversify the American Sterling holdings.

ASCC takes every new opportunity seriously. Studying the market, available companies and their employees is only the beginning.  Capital Corporation also studies business and market trends, financial histories, market shares, and competition.  If after a great deal of research, it is felt that a particular opportunity is worthy, there is an investment of capital,  manpower, or both, with every effort being made to ensure the new investment grows.

This is not gambling, but the accepting and taking of calculated risks. In this new millennium, there are multiple stratagems of commerce and diverse opportunities for expansion and growth.  It is through the successful navigation of these stratagems and opportunities that a dynamic corporation is forged, and its long-term viability ensured.  This concept is at the core of Capital Corporation's goal for expanding American Sterling's holdings into the future.

Through the leadership of Capital Corporation, American Sterling has successfully broadened its business portfolio into areas such as real estate, communications technology, motion picture production, entertainment, and a partnership in oil and natural gas production.
